Summer In Manhattan

2 oz Cask & Crew Rye Whiskey Blend
½ oz sweet vermouth
½ oz lemon juice
Dash orange bitters
Orange peel garnish

Combine all ingredients into mixing glass and stir. Pour into chilled glass. Run the orange peel around the rim before resting it on the edge of the glass.
