Crew-d Pineapple Sour Recipe

1.5 ounces Cask & Crew Rye Whiskey
½ ounce lemon juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 egg white

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
Strain out the ice
Shake hard again to create a silky texture and maximize foam
Fine strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish & Enjoy!
