Burning Bush

Ingredients:
2 oz Cask & Crew Orange Roasted Whiskey
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 tsp simple syrup
Club Soda topper

Instructions:
Pour whiskey into the shaker full of ice
Using a long grill lighter or small blow torch, burn the rosemary to create smoke and then drop into shaker
Add Simple Syrup
Lightly shake to mix ingredient and infuse rosemary
Pour over ice into a rocks glass & top off with club soda
